Lloyd Goodnow CEO/CFO

Lloyd is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marines, Lloyd attended numerous technical schools and was able to obtain certifications in structural airframes, alloys and exotic metals, corrosion control and commercial painting.  In 1981, after completing his tour of duty with the Marine Corps, Lloyd started businesses in residential construction and in the security industry providing personal protection. During his 20 year career in the construction industry, Lloyd dramatically increased the scope of his business ultimately expanding into the commercial construction industry. Lloyd grew to become a prime contractor for the Culinary Institute of America, Marist College, Vassar College, and Laerdal Medical among others. As a general contractor he constructed commercial buildings and renovated commercial space for the Hudson Valley Heart center and Vassar hospital. While working in the security industry in Florida and Oklahoma, Lloyd was able to expand into a higher level of safety & security while owning and operating the Goodnow Frontier, a security company that provides Executive Protection and high value, high risk property protection. His professional experience includes working as a civilian for law enforcement providing back ground investigations, asset investigations and protection, trained in Israeli Predictive Profiling, Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) among other aspects of security. Lloyd currently holds multiple licenses in Florida for executive protection,  Department of Homeland Security credential. He also  provides instruction for his licensed security school.  Lloyd has always promoted a sense of security and one's right for protection through both his construction background and security work. It was through this mix of experiences that the concept of the Unpickable Lock was born. Lloyd is the current Chief Executive Office/Chief Financial Officer of  The Unpickable Lock.

 

Michael Nemec:

Michael is currently self-employed as a Florida real estate broker specializing in residential and commercial real estate. His extensive background in the international community and real estate industry has made him aware of the need to promote safer environments both in and outside of the home. Michael has extensive contacts from his 15 years as a real estate broker in both the residential and commercial real estate markets.  He will leverage his network as the Chief Marketing Officer of  The Unpickable Lock to promote sales in both of these market segments.

 

Lyle R. Wahlberg:

Chief Veteran Liaison Officer

Lyle is a graduate of the Northeast Bible Institute and Gateway Community College where he studied business, marketing and sales. More recently, Lyle completed the Business-to-Government Mastery Program and now holds a certification from the B2G Institute.  Prior to his studies, Lyle served in the US Army and received numerous military service awards including the Silver Star for valor in combat. His current status as a permanently disabled veteran is a direct result of his combat service. Following his military service, Lyle pursued a career in transportation and achieved the position of Vice President of Operations with Eastern Delivery Corporation. Lyle has a strong background in operations including logistics and is acting Commander of the USA Veterans' Combat Group and Chaplain at The Cross Ministry.

 As a co-inventor of the Unpickable lock Lyle has helped fund, develop and research the Unpickable lock.
